Arion Performance Solutions provides strategies in selection, development and retention for individuals and businesses.

We identify client needs through individual, team and organizational assessment.  We then connect developmental experiences to real-world business situations through one-on-one executive coaching and training programs.  Clients also have the option of requesting customized workshops and programs. 

Our team building programs span a range of fun team activities to intensive team interventions.  Our leadership development programs provide measurable improvement in basic supervisory skills, as well as the higher level competencies required of senior level executives.  When training sessions are combined with individual coaching, attendees will achieve maximum results.  Our goal is to provide clients (individuals, teams and organizations), with a clearer perspective of their strengths and their challenges; the goal being to acquire insight and to take action.


Programs Offered:


Team Coaching for Peak Performance

A revolutionary workshop based on Patrick Lencioni’s “Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team”.  The true measure of a team is that it accomplishes the results that it sets out to achieve.  To do that on a consistent, ongoing basis, a team must overcome the five dysfunctions:  Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict, Lack of Commitment, Avoidance of Accountability and Inattention to Results.  By using tools, exercises, assessments and studying real-world examples, teams are able to ask themselves:  “Are we really a team?  How are we currently performing?  Are we prepared to invest the time and energy required to be a great team?”

Mastering Time Management

“For ten years researchers studied the behavior of busy managers in nearly a dozen large companies.  Their findings on managerial behavior showed that fully 90% of managers squander their time in all sorts of ineffective activities.  In other words, a mere 10% of managers spend their time in a committed, purposeful, and reflective manner.”  - Bruch & Ghoshal, Harvard Business Review, 2/2002.

Time Management challenges arise from a variety of reasons.  There is no clear solution that neatly fits everyone.  Various strategies will be introduced to raise productivity, increase efficiency and reduce stress.  Time management is not about finding a way to squeeze in one more activity into an already over-crowded schedule, but rather using proven techniques to identify and eliminate the things people do during the day that take up increasing amounts of time and yet produce no results.

Workplace Relationships & Conflict Resolution

Executives sometimes wonder why they often assume the same role during team-work.  They may also become frustrated when colleagues have different impressions of their actions than the impressions that were meant to be conveyed.  Attendees will explore these areas and gain a complete understanding of one’s behavior and its effect on others.  Executives will be provided the tools to determine how they work best with others, how their preferences fit into their organization’s culture and how they can improve their job satisfaction.

Using a multisource (360-degree) feedback instrument, individuals will understand how they manage and cope with conflict and how others interpret their actions.  Attendees will learn which conflict management methods are the most effective.
