Kelley Pearson
President

Kelley Pearson is President of Arion Performance Solutions.  She has 20 years experience in executive coaching and recruiting.  Kelley completed a B.S. in Psychology at Virginia Tech and then an M.S. in Psychology at Radford University.  Experience in retail and B2B marketing and sales ultimately led to an opportunity to sell pre-employment psychological assessment services.  In turn, this became a segue into executive search and business coaching, completing projects in Sales, Marketing, R&D and General Management in CPG, Healthcare and Trade Associations.  Kelley also is a Transition Assistance Program workshop facilitator at the Norfolk Naval Station, providing career transition training for members of the military who are retiring and seeking careers in the civilian sector. 

She is currently a member of the International Coaching Federation, the American Psychological Association, The American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

Kelley is an active community volunteer supporting the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters and the Lynnhaven River NOW foundation.  She currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her two sons and their Jack Russell Terrier.
